The connotation of the object - a tube with the housing of different optics - recalls the manipulation of a photographic or cinematographic lens with the three different segments that house three different light sources: a) ambient light coming from the semi-methacrylate segment opal, internal surface prismatic while the external smooth, b), point light, from the first head, on the reading or work surface, c) light pointed upwards by the projector of the second head. observe precisely the different distances as happens with a telescope or a photographic lens, the function of the lamp is obviously to bring the light sources to properly illuminate the different distances by establishing the focal ratios that are most suitable for each situation.
